What type of work do you do?

In transition due to a buyout of old guys like me in the airline industry.
I am considered retired, but, where is the retirement income? Still to young for that so I am looking for part two of life for income!
I have been a Supervisor of Customer Service and Pilot in the Airline Business. Also built a couple of my own homes, ( 1 log home) and now own Corban Enterprises LLC doing home improvements, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc but need some really steady income so have my apps out! Know a good job lead? I am all ears, give me a call!

If you are comfortable in sharing..... What is your story of seeking/ knowing Jesus Christ?

Nine years old and convinced I needed Jesus. It was either Jesus or if I died I was going to hell. That was when I placed my faith in Him. Simplistic faith of a nine year old, and yet I remember every detail of how, when, where, and for that matter, why as if it were today. I knew Jesus had entered my heart.
He has been so very patient with me, always desiring to bring me into relationship with Him. Imagine that! Through all of life's struggles, always wanting to be with... me, even when I have been rebellious, confused and sinful. Always seeking to be in relationship with his son Stan! Who can resist that kind of perfect love? " Father, forgive me for wasted years. Continue to mold me and make me of service for you!" I love you Father, ............your son Stan.

List any of your personal interests or hobbies so we can know you better

Hiking, fishing, backpacking, camping and skiing. I love being out in the beauty our Lord created!

If married and or have any kids please tell us about them?

Married to Nancy Ostrander. I have been given the most amazing gift.... the most patient, sweet, caring woman a guy could ask for..... and of most importance, she loves my Jesus!
I have two sons Drew 20 and Zach 24. Both guys tower over their dad at 6'3 AND 6'4. Drew is in college at Boulder and Zach finished college last spring at Western in Gunnison. Both are avid snowboarders with Zach designing and building the Park and Pipe program at Crested Butte Ski area this year.

If you are part of our community, what's your favorite thing about our fellowship?

No nonsense teaching, a call to accountability and service, yet the extension of God's Grace without baggage.
