Are you a member of the church or just visiting?: Member

What type of work do you do?: Roy and I work as a team with Church Discipleship Ministry (CDM) of The Navigators as coaches and consultants with churches and leadership teams in helping them to be more effective wherever God has placed them. We focus on sustainable environments of evangelism and discipleship as well as team building. Additionally, I am a leadership / life coach.

If you are comfortable in sharing..... What is your story of seeking/ knowing Jesus Christ?: I came to Christ as a small child, but in Jr. High I began to have a more life changing relationship with Him that was dynamic and very real to me. I began to understand what life was meant to be, beginning to realize God has so much for me. As I have learned to be obedient and trust him in the tough things, such as leaving a career and having kids, I began to see how his way vs mine is like living in color vs black and white. His way is the best!

List any of your personal interests or hobbies so we can know you better: drinking good coffee(life's too short for bad coffee), playing games (Catan!), tennis, reading, cooking, hiking, hanging out with friends, scrapbooking, spending time on the beach and in the sun

If married and or have any kids please tell us about them?: Roy- husband and best friend, awesome father and the leader of our home.
Chris - 21, Sr. at Baylor, Marketing major with Chinese; Air Force ROTC, Contracting field, will be stationed in Guam
Stephen - 18, Cadet at USAFA, also studying Chinese and majoring in Foreign Area Studies

If you are part of our community, what's your favorite thing about our fellowship?: My favorite thing about our fellowship is the people - we have the most incredible, loving and fun people anywhere! Also, many of them are deeply committed to being all God wants them to be and love Him and His Word fully.....and it shows.

What are you reading?: Henri Nouwen's books....always reading one of those

Amber has just moved into a new place in Colorado Springs. She has a kitchen table & chairs, a bed (no headboard), A stuffed chair & AN end table, plus A dresser!
