Father's Day Picnic at Manitou Lake (North of Woodland Pak on HWY 67)

Profile Information

Are you a member of the church or just visiting?: Not Officially a member, but have been attending for awhile when work permits.

What type of work do you do?: I work at Goodwill in Woodland Park..

If you are comfortable in sharing..... What is your story of seeking/ knowing Jesus Christ?: I grew up with a christian mother, and a catholic father. But, our mother was the one who raised and taught us in her beliefs. I was very passionate for Christ as a child.
Unfortuantly, as I grew older, a lot of bad things have happened in my life. I was left at 15 to take care of myself, I ended up with cervical cancer at 16, which due to that, we have lost 5 children to preamture birth because I can't carry them for long enough, my husband and I lost a house, and I am in really bad heal (since 1996). So, I really struggle with my faith now. I am trying to find my way back, but it often feels like a losing battle.

List any of your personal interests or hobbies so we can know you better: I am an artistic person. I paint, draw, do cross-stitch, crafts, things like that.
I also enjoy doing events like adventure races, bike rides, some foot races.... I'm not saying I'm good at them, but I do have fun, haha.

If married and or have any kids please tell us about them?: I have been married to my husband Jim for since 1995. We have 2 girls, Celina and Serenity.
