Welcome! Start up questions and values.

1. Who Can Sign Up Here?
Whether you are a member of our church or not we value anyone visiting and/or joining this "community" site. You may look through the site as a visitor without signing up. To leave a comment, join a group, or add any information, you have to "sign up".

2. Are There Any Rules?
There sure are. We want it to be a truly open forum, but we must keep it respectful and tactful. We appreciate and desire deep conversation, debate, and truth. We don't want to just communicate on the surface. Just realize it's a public forum. The same respect and love you would exemplify in the church foyer, is what needs to be here. Share from your heart. In love. For more details on this, scroll to the bottom of this page.

3. Where Do I Start First?
First step, hit the sign up button on the top right of this site to sign up and create a personal profile. Please use your first and last name and if at all possible a photo. This helps secure the integrity of the site. 'Anonymous' sign-ups will be deleted!

4. Fill In The Profile Questions

These are questions to help us know you better. You are not required to fill all of them out, but the more you offer about yourself...the more we can be a "community".

5. Communicate On The Forum
The forum is for conversations. Faith based, fun based, personal interest...whatever (within reason!). Post a question you want input on, a comment you want to share, and check out what others have posted and make comments back!

6. Join Groups
You’ll notices on the left hand side of the front page...and there is a tab at the top..."groups". These are places where you can join people around common interests, desires or needs. You can scroll through them, or search by topic. Don’t find one in an area you want? Start one! On the Groups tab anyone can start a group.

7. Edit Your Settings
After you create your personal profile page, there is a link on the right for 'settings.' In that link you can select what emails you receive. The beauty of this website is that it keeps you up to date on all the activity. You may love this! But if it's too much, don't be discouraged. Just come back later to uncheck some of the notifications you receive so you only get the ones that are most important to you.

Values of the "Community" Conversation!

This is a place to help us know about and get connected to our Christ following community in Teller County!

FIND Jesus and learn to FOLLOW and SERVE Him with our lives. It's also a place where we can strengthen our community and reach out to others. Postings reflect this journey in our lives as we strive to GO DEEPER.

1. EXPRESS your own journey. Avoid preaching, promoting and pandering. While we are all influenced by others, we are more interested in the spiritual ideas and experiences that are impacting each of us.

2. RECOGNIZE that we are a the body of Christ. We are all striving to follow Jesus more completely. That journey looks different for everyone. We will not all be exactly alike in our thinking about certain topics.

3. SPUR one another on toward love and good deeds. Please help other members in our community find Jesus and learn to follow and serve Him.

4. CONNECT your content to your own spiritual journey. Provide context about why the article or video you are posting matters. Help the rest of us understand how it is connected to the spiritual side of your life. 5. USE the stories and postings in this conversation to continue to PRAY for each other.

5. RESOLVE conflicts and REPAIR relationships through prayer and face to face communication. This conversation is not the place to work out your differences. It is awkward for the rest of us when we have to watch that.

6. Find ways to SERVE and GO DEEPER.

7. TAKE A RISK. Start a conversation, ask a tough question, add feedback. We're all here for each other.

8. LISTEN, LEARN, LOVE

9. JOIN the Conversation.
