Hi Tom!
It will be an honor and a privilege to pray for you and the medical Missions team while you are all in Amman,,,,,, I am constantly reminded of Jesus command in Matthew 28, may we Lord make disciples for Your glory and teach others about Your commands, Your love and Your promise that you will be with us to the very end of the age. Thank You Jesus! Have a Spirit filled trip..... Kelly B.

On Thursday, February 4, I will be traveling to Amman, Jordan for 10 days. Of course, this is where Jeff and Mary Townsend live and I will see Jeff while I am there. I don't have a lot of room for presents but if you want to send them a note of encouragement, or something small (no knives or explosives) I would be glad to deliver them personally. Just drop them by the office next week and I'll take them. Also, please pray for our medical mission team 2/4 -14. If you would be kind enough to pray for us for those ten days our prayer calendar is located on my e3 Homepage at www.e3partners.org/tomparr. Thanks for your support and God bless!

Hello everyone, I need your help!!!! On Friday 11th we are leaving to go to the Navajo outreach. I also have a semi coming to pick up a load of wheelchairs for Mexico at 7 am Friday morning. The sooner I can get the truck loaded, the sooner I can leave and catch up with the rest of the team. So if I can find volunteers to help me 'stage' the load on Thursday (sometime/anytime) and volunteers to help me load at 7am Friday morning, quickly. Then I can still make the Navajo trip. If you can help one of those 2 days, please call me 719-641-8844. Thank you!

The Navajo Team is prepared and looking forward to how God uses us in His ministry. Part of the group is leaving the 9th of Dec. followed by the rest of the group leaving on the 11th; we will all return the 13th of Dec., please keep us in your prayers.

Hey Tom,
Just found out last night about your passport and the trip. Thank you for sharing your heart this morning. God has a way of bringing us to a place where He says " How much do you trust me?" These are difficult places and also good places. In these times I have found out just how often I respond in the flesh instead of the Spirit. He wants us to grow, He wants us to know Him more, and He wants us to keep on that armor so the evil one cannot prevail in any situation. I am grateful He brings us to the places He needs to so that He can work in our hearts. God bless you for being obedient and walking through the process. Big hug to you, Kelly

Most of you have probably heard that I discovered that my passport had been stolen, along with a checkbook, during our recent travels to Houston. By the time it was discovered there was not time to get another passport, complete with a visa to Syria. I was deep in mourning yesterday, but through the help of my family and Matt Parker, I was able to relinquish my disappointment to God. I submitted my life and my future to HIm once again (how many countless times have I done that?) and I believe He answered some of my questions through some revelation He gave me early this morning (why is it always so early Lord?).

As my family, friends, prayer partners and co-laborers in ministry, I have posted my journal entry as a "new discussion" topic on this website for your reading, your comment and hopefully as encouragement whenever you face the next trial. His love and graciousness never ceases to amaze me.

The dessert for this Friday night, “Breakthrough: Hope Returns to the Middle East” featuring Tom Doyle, has been cancelled. Though I am not sure why the level of interest was so low, what I am sure of is that God wants me to pursue this new ministry opportunity. I am also very committed to seeking your prayer support for this area of missions, and for my trip to the Middle East on Dec. 1, and for e3 SportReach.

I will be traveling with Tom & JoAnn Doyle and three other team members. We will land in Ammon, Jordan (where I hope to see Jeff Townsend) and then travel cross-country, by car, to Damascus, Syria and ending up in Beirut, Lebanon. We will be encouraging in-country pastors and church planting leaders, developing strategies and planning trips for 2010. After 8 days in the field, I will return home on December 10th.

The boys and I fly to Houston tomorrow to join Patti. Bettie is scheduled to be released from the hospital tomorrow. She may have to return to the hospital daily, while we are there, to continue her antibiotic therapy to finish off the Mersa virus. They have cancelled her remaining chemo treatments so we are praying she will regain her health, and her strength, while we are with her. Thanks again for all your prayers.
