Diff between Deacon and Elder?
Not sure that I'm posting this question in the correct forum!
I'm in the Sermons section, and Kirk said last Sunday that we could post questions about the sermon on our new web page and he would answer them. Although I don't see anywhere on this Sermons page where we can post questions, so choose this link from the 'Quick Add...' tab on the right hand side of the Sermons page. Now that I've used up most of my allotted space for my question, what is the difference between an Elder and a Deacon? Kirk mentioned something about adding Deacons to the mix, so just curious as to the difference between the two?
